Be Transformed Program

As a global wellness community, we’re honored to provide culturally relevant services to women who are looking to accelerate their businesses and life. We center liberation, joy, and peace in everything we do as a foundation to live a full life defined solely by you.

Under this program, and currently based on the generosity of the Stryker Johnston Foundation and our fiscal sponsor The Synergy Health Center, we can provide up to needs based scholarships for Kalamazoo County women to receive:

1:1 Wellness, Leadership & Business Coaching (3 months) with a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation: Six sessions bi-weekly providing you with inspiration, insight, and accountability towards the wellness, leadership and business goals you seek.
In person four day, three night retreat in Southwest Michigan providing you with a comprehensive wellness experience you won’t be able to forget. This experience will be facilitated by our founder, Demarra West, which is a licensed therapist, Reiki Master, yoga teacher, and trauma sensitive yoga certified and provide you with a deep healing experience rooted in expansive community connection. Demarra is also trained in Emotional Freedom Technique and Meditation and is currently training in breathing work and sound healing.
Reiki Level 1 & 2 Training: Reiki is an energy healing modality that one can practice on themselves and others, including virtually. This training is perfect for those wanting to amplify their healing practice and/or incorporate this service in their healing/wellness business.
