Our luxurious all inclusive four day, three night retreat in Southwest Michigan will be sure to help you relax, rejuvenate, and liberate through individual and collective healing practice.
Demarra West, MA, LPC, PCC, RYT, founder of Be Well Beautiful Woman, a global wellness and business platform for women will serve as the retreat facilitator. Demarra is a licensed therapist, Reiki master, yoga teacher, and certified professional coach. Demarra is also trained in meditation, tapping (EFT), forest bathing, and other wellness modalities that will be integrated into the retreat.
This includes all your meals provided by Beard & the Gal and dinner at Salt of the Earth, wellness programming, and access to the amazing facilities at the property.
Up to ten women will be able to participate in this sacred experience with double (share a Queen bed), single bunk bed (four people in the room), or a single Queen bed with a private room.

THE LOCATION
Tucked away in the beauty of Southwest Michigan, an intimate group of women will stay in the luxurious Hook of the Hamate which sits on two acres of beautiful land. Not only does the home have breathtaking views, but it also features a steam room, hot tub, meditation room, copper tubs overlooking the pond, and patio lounge area all throughout the home where you can bask in the natural surroundings and enjoy the beauty of Southwest Michigan. With its luxurious amenities and beautiful location, Hook of the Hamate provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable gathering of women in Southwest Michigan. Included in your all-inclusive ticket is:
- Luxurious double occupancy accommodations

THE INVESTMENT
The all-inclusive cost of this retreat is $1000- $15000 per person. You can elect to pay the all at once or you can enroll in a payment plan which will entail a $200 non refundable deposit and up to three additional payments.
